This Refund Policy is issued by Zyhap LTD, a registered company in Nigeria. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout this policy refer to Zyhap LTD.

Our Commitment

We strive to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction. If our service does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Service Usage: Refunds are only available if you have not made substantial use of the service. This includes actions such as:
    • Publishing more than 10 posts
    • Scheduling more than 20 items
    • Exporting reports or data more than twice
  • Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewals are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of renewal and the service has not been used. Renewal reminders are sent via email before billing.
  • Promotional Offers: Purchases made with promotional pricing may be non-refundable unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at team@zyhap.com with your account details and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds are not available for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
  • One-time setup fees or add-on services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

This refund policy does not limit or affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
